The Highlands Condominium Association is comprised of 46 units located on the top of Five Mile in Spokane, WA. The Highland's is conveniently located near shopping, dining & entertainment. Condo amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, an onsite laundry facility, and onsite storage for most condominiums.

For your convenience, we have supplied several documents related to the community covenants that we enforce and that each resident of the community must abide by. Although we do not perform any brokerage services for any of the condos, we do manage the Homeowner's Association associated with the development. In that management, we oversee and enforce all covenants as well as care for the common grounds.
