More About WEB Properties, Inc.
WEB Properties, Inc., was formed on January 4, 1993 by William E. Butler, RPA. The focus of WEB Properties Inc. is on the expansion of its management and leasing portfolio of medium-to-large commercial and residential assets. Established corporate philosophy includes the perception that the company cannot adequately meet the needs of its clients through management of numerous small real estate investments. WEB Properties prefers instead to limit its representation to properties large enough to afford full-time professional property management services. Selective representation has produced a portfolio of high quality, non-competitive and highly profitable assets.
Although fully licensed to perform brokerage services, WEB Properties Inc. has elected to limit its representation of clients requiring such services to those for whom it provides asset management services. This practice permits the company to devote full attention to fulfilling asset management commitments, rather than diluting its performance through involvement in isolated transactions for third parties holding assets which may directly compete with those of WEB Properties clients.
The WEB Properties Inc. portfolio consists of more than 425,000 square feet of commercial assets, 234 apartment units, and the Eagle Ridge Master Planned Community, where we manage the Homeowners Association and all common areas in this 527 acre development.
The size and number of properties in each manager's portfolio is carefully controlled to ensure that all clients and their investment assets are given the proper time and attention necessary to exceed both income and asset enhancement objectives. Asset managers are carefully trained and directed by William E. Butler, a superior team leader who manages a client’s investments as though they were his own, and ensures that each and every asset receives his direct input and attention. It is this demonstrated commitment to high quality, professional representation which distinguishes WEB Properties Inc. from other brokerage and asset management firms.
