Eagle Ridge is a multi-phase housing development on
527 acres in southwest Spokane. A total of 600 homes will be built in the community, with a broad range of amenities including open spaces with play areas, sport courts, parks and picnic areas, plus an extensive network of interconnecting trails for walking, running and biking.

WEB Properties manages the Homeowner's Association and cares for all common areas throughout the property.

For your convenience, we have supplied several documents related to the community covenants that we enforce and that each resident of the community must abide by. In order to view any of the documents that we have provided, you must have Adobe Acrobat® Reader® installed on you computer.

Although we do not perform any brokerage services of
any of the houses, we do manage the Homeowner's Association associated with
the development. In that management, we oversee and enforce all covenants as
well as care for the common grounds. If you would like to learn more about the
