The Lincoln Battaglia Apartments is a 10 unit complex located on the lower South Hill. The buildings exterior is Brick and Stucco style and boasts a friendly style through out. Many of the units have updated carpet, appliances and bathroom fixtures. This location offers both 1 bedroom – 1 bath and 2 bedrooms – 1 bath units. The apartments are located less than 1 mile from two of Spokane’s premier hospitals and 1.5 miles to popular Riverfront Park. Amenities include onsite laundry, assigned garage, additional storage, on Spokane Transit Bus line and on-site resident manager. Pets are welcome some restrictions apply and a pet deposit is required.

Unlike some complexes the rental rate include, water, sewer and refuse. The prices listed above do not reflect any move-in specials that may currently be running on new rentals. Please check with our resident manager Brad at 509-216-0498 to see if there are any specials running.
A security deposit of $350.00 per unit is required before move-in or to hold an apartment that may be coming available. This deposit is to cover extra cleaning or repair charges that may be incurred upon move out. If no extra charges apply, then your security deposit will be refunded.
Other fees $45.00 per unit non-refundable blind cleaning fee, $100.00 per unit non-refundable carpet cleaning fee, and $34.00 per married couple or $34.00 per adult over 18 years of age application fee.
Pets will be considered on a pet by pet basis (restrictions do apply). There is a $750.00 per pet deposit. $250.00 may be refundable.
